Father God DOES sit on a cloud! :-)

 

Me:  Father, what is on Your heart?

Father: Come on up.

Me:  [I saw Father sitting on a cloud. He reached out His hand and I climbed up on the cloud.  I didn’t see details but I knew it was Him.  I noticed Him sitting on a dark brown wooden chair.]  A chair made of wood?? [I saw Him shrug and sensed that He can make anything special.]

Father:  Do you want Me to make it gold?

Me:  No need. [Then I noticed that He was smoking a cigar!]  A cigar?!

Father:  Yes. {He took a puff.] Do you think I would put toxins in My lungs?   Here, try one. [He placed a cigar in my hand.  My first thought was ‘no way’, but then I thought ‘I’m supposed to be an explorer; I’m supposed to try new things.  So I lifted the cigar.] It smells like flowers!

Father:  [Taking another puff.]  That’s correct.

Me:  [I took a puff.] It tastes like honey!

Father:  Taste and see the goodness of God. [And He disappeared.]

Praise as warfare:  What the Evil One doesn’t want you to know! While preparing this blog, I encountered spiritual warfare.  Evidently the evil one doesn’t want me to post this conversation I had with God. Me:  I read, ‘nothing terrifies the devil and his demons like praise’.   Is this true, Lord?  God:  It doesn’t terrify them.  However, it IS a reminder, a tool for warfare and it does thwart them. Me:  I also read, ‘constant praise wards off depression, disappointments, despair’  Is this true? God:  Yes, remember the scripture, ‘Think on these things’? Because it keeps your mind where it should be.  I have provided for My people.  However, many choose not to.  It IS their choice. They either pick up the ‘tool’ and use it or not. Fun with Jesus - Gingerbread House

Fun with Jesus – Gingerbread House     Jesus was playing Peek-a-Boo with me in a Gingerbread house.     I’m outside watching Jesus peek at me through a window then disappear only to poke His head out through a different window.   Jesus flew up the chimney, quickly opened a door, looked out at me then closed it.   Jesus:   Come on inside. [Inside is adorable.   Gingerbread-ish.]   Jesus:   Come on.   We flew up to the 2 nd story loft and looked down. Me:   This is… unusual. Jesus:   [laughed] Me:   I like it. Jesus:   So do I.   Jesus goes into the kitchen, opens the oven and pulls out a cookie sheet with gingerbread cookies on it. Jesus:   Would you like one? Me: Yes, but aren’t they hot?
