God talks about Psalm 23

God talks about Psalm 23

I had an interesting conversation with Jehovah God and thought I’d share it with you.   May you find it helpful.

Me: Can I actually live in a relaxed state, calm and confident?
God:  Yes it is possible, but also includes joy and celebration.  There is NO need to feel stressful, uncertain, or inadequate.   Give Me your fruits and your frustrations.  But know that frustration is not of Me.

Me:  Are You truly my oasis?
God:  Know that My oasis includes Me, My treasures, My emotions, My provision.”

Me: Goodness?
God:  I AM goodness.  You may expect My favor.

Me:  And prosperity?
God: Yes, of course, it is a natural course of things in following Me.  My abundance, My kingdom, My love surrounding you. Why would I not have My people prosper?

Me:  What does ‘Shall not want’ really mean?
God:  “You desire many things, but are they of Me?  Search your heart and learn to be content.  Access My storehouse and treasures for they are real and permanent.

Me: Rest, huh?
God: There is a time to rest.  A real rest and you may always rest in Me.  Remember Hebrews?  [Yes, but I had to look up the scriptures.]
Hebrews 4:1 - A Sabbath-Rest for the People of God - Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.
Hebrews 4:10 - for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.

Me: What does green pastures mean?
God:  Beauty and abundance.  Ask Me to send you to the green pastures, when you feel the need.

Me: Quiet waters?
God:  Fill up with the quiet water.  Refresh yourself.  The quiet water is NOT the Living Water.

Me: His ways are calm?
God:  My ways ARE calm, calm to Me. I can be ferocious and fierce and terribly passionate when I need to be, but underneath all those, I am a calm, Loving Being.

Me: Guide?
God:  Ask Me to guide you, your soul.

Me: The Valley?
God: Fill yourself with Me, so full that fear has no place in you.  I am a powerful God.

Me:  Your Rod?
God:  Take My rod of authority and use it!

Me: Comfort?
God:  Let Me protect you.  Stay in My shelter.
Me: How?
God:  By praising Me.

Me: How to have victory?
God:  Decree victory and stand firm on My word.

Me: Anoint?
God: You have My anointing in you.  Release it, use it, claim it, and rely on it.  Ask it to manifest.

God:  You are in Me and I am in you.  What better place can you be?

Did you find this encouraging? Why or why not?

Two Perspectives

Two Perspectives:  The Lord said:  “ONE:   Look up at Me with confidence that all will turn out well or TWO:   fussing and worrying and fretting.   You chose.   Many people don’t know there is another alternative to the worry and fretting perspective… and where does that leave them?   What kind of life do they have?   TRUST Me!” Which one do you do the most? Fun with Jesus - Gingerbread House

Fun with Jesus – Gingerbread House     Jesus was playing Peek-a-Boo with me in a Gingerbread house.     I’m outside watching Jesus peek at me through a window then disappear only to poke His head out through a different window.   Jesus flew up the chimney, quickly opened a door, looked out at me then closed it.   Jesus:   Come on inside. [Inside is adorable.   Gingerbread-ish.]   Jesus:   Come on.   We flew up to the 2 nd story loft and looked down. Me:   This is… unusual. Jesus:   [laughed] Me:   I like it. Jesus:   So do I.   Jesus goes into the kitchen, opens the oven and pulls out a cookie sheet with gingerbread cookies on it. Jesus:   Would you like one? Me: Yes, but aren’t they hot? Jesus:   Blow on it. Me:   [I blew, instantly cooled.   I took a bite.]    Delicious; crunchy, soft, chewy, spicy. Jesus:   Glad you like i...

Flowers

I read, ‘It’s (flowers) as if a rainbow touches the earth.’ The Lord interrupted my reading to ask, “Why do you think I made flowers?” Me:  So the saying, ‘stop and smell the flowers’ is true? God:  {sensed Him smiling}   I made them to be enjoyed ALL of them, even the stinkier ones and the ones some consider ugly.  They ALL have a purpose.  Remember ‘the Language of Flowers’?  Notice that most of the language is of love and happiness. Then He handed me a bouquet of flowers. Taken from Wikipedia:  The significance assigned to specific flowers in Western culture varied — nearly every flower had multiple associations, listed in the hundreds of floral dictionaries — but a consensus of meaning for common blooms has emerged. Often, definitions derive from the appearance or behavior of the plant itself. For example, the mimosa , or sensitive plant, represents chastity. This is because the leaves of the mimosa clo...
